- 4/27 - Creekview opens round 1 of the 2022 state playoffs with an 18-1 win over Evans
- 5/2 - Creekview defeats Cambridge 13-7 to advance to the Elite 8
- 5/5 - Creekview defeats Hillgrove 17-8 to move on to the Final Four
- 5/10 - Creekview beats Lassiter 16-5 and earns a spot in the State Championship Game
- 5/14 - Creekview falls to Milton 13-12 in the State Championship Game.
