2020 Season Recap

 

The 2020 Creekview Grizzlies Girls Lacrosse team started off with a bang in 2020 with a 6-0 start. Unfortunately, COVID-19 brought things to a screeching halt after our March 12th game vs Cherokee.

 

The Lady Grizzlies had climbed to #10 in the Nation and were primed for Region and State battles locally.


The team got off to a quick start on the road defeating Kell 16-10 in the opener.


That win was followed by a 21-4 home win vs Denmark .


Another 16-9 home win vs Harrison followed.


The Lady Grizzlies then went on the road to defeat a tough North Paulding team  12-6 and avenge their prior playoff defeat vs them.


Next the Grizzlies shut out Gainesville 29-0 on the road and concluded the 2020 campaign with a 16-3 home win vs county rival Cherokee.


The rest of the season was canceled and we had to say goodbye to our seniors :
